Abstract

Рассматриваются существующие проблемы финансирования капитального ремонта многоквартирных домов. Предложена концепция финансирования капитального ремонта многоквартирных домов при проведении капитального ремонта на инновационной основе.Existing problems of efficiency of carrying out of major repairs of apartment houses are considered. The complex approach of an estimation of a condition of apartment houses for preparation of carrying out of major repairs on an innova-tive basis is offered.
