Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности розничных торговых сетей, которые показывают значительный рост на рынке, постоянно ведут конкурентную борьбу за потребителя, используя современную модель покупательского поведения. Представлены модели управления региональными торговыми сетями, даны их характеристики. На основе анализа стратегий развития розничных торговых сетей сделаны выводы о развитии розничной торговли в регионах.Specific features of retail chains which are rapidly developing and competing for consumer market using the modern consumer behaviour model are determined. Region retail chains management models are presented and specified. Analysis-based conclusions on strategic development of region retail chains are made.
