Abstract

Nowadays not enough attention is devoted to risks connected with realization of federal target programes (FCP) and regional longitudinal programes. The main exciting risks are described on the base of realization of the federal target programes "Increasing of traffic safety in 2006-2012", the place of this programe on the stage of budget reforming, exciting FCP are compared in terms of social economic and budget effectiveness
