Abstract

В условиях жесткой конкуренции и динамичного развития рыночных отношений, предприятиям общественного питания и ресторанному бизнесу в целом, необходимо творческое развитие, внедрение новых технологий обслуживания, ориентация на клиента и удовлетворение его потребностей, так как это является основными условиями успеха. Лояльность клиента и его предпочтения в обслуживании обеспечивают предприятию экономический успех на рынке питания.In a competitive and dynamic development of market relations, catering and restaurant business in general, need creative development and introduction of new technology services, customer focus and satisfaction of its needs, as is the basic condition for success. Loyalty to clients and their preferences for services provide the company's economic success in the market supply.
