Abstract

Зарубежный опыт свидетельствует, что венчурное финансирование является реальным механизмом, обеспечивающим инновационное развитие современной экономики. Для решения проблем формирования национальной инновационной системы в России необходима активная государственная политика, направленная на создание благоприятных условий, а также инфраструктуры для реализации инноваций и развития малых венчурных фирм в сфере российского предпринимательства
