Abstract

Процесс развития экономической системы происходит непрерывно, стремительно усиливая конкурентоспособность предпринимательских структур в управлении. На ведущее место с социально-экономической точки зрения выходит предприниматель-интрапренер, как основатель нового дела. Цель, которую ставит перед собой интрапренер, заключается в основном не в получении прибыли, а в перспективе развития бизнеса. Предпринимателю-интрапренеру свойственна высокая мотивированность к труду, являющаяся основной компонентой его деятельности, и обратная связь между трудом и его материальной оценкой, предоставляющая ему возможность получить своеобразную «прибавочную энергетическую стоимость», которая существенно увеличивает и мотивацию к труду, и творческий подход к технологии производства.
