Abstract

Показана неполнота существующей системы государственного управ-ления инновационным развитием экономики России, в частности, отсутствие в ней организационных структур, осуществляющих инновационную деятель-ность не в отдельных, а во всех отраслях промышленности. Предлагается сформировать такие структуры, совместив управление организациями и управление инновационными программами (проектами).Shows the incompleteness of the existing system of state management of innovation development of the Russian economy, in particular, the absence of the organizational structures responsible for innovation is not in the individual, and in all industries. Proposed to establish such structures, aligning management organizations and the innovation management programs (projects).
