Abstract

В настоящее время в России продолжаются экономические реформы, начатые в эпоху перестройки. Мы можем отметить, что не все преобразования в сфере экономики имеют положительные результаты. В данной статье рассматривается период нашей истории, когда Россия столкнулась с аналогичной проблемой перехода от командно-административной экономики эпохи «военного коммунизма», к экономике с элементами рыночных отношений, получившей название «новой экономической политики». В работе рассмотрены налоговые, административные и правовые инструменты регулирования экономических отношений в аграрном и промышленном секторах в период нэпа.
