Abstract

В статье дан анализ существующих проблем оказания государственных и муниципальных услуг. Для повышения их качества предложен переход к электронному формату их предоставления. Описаны проблемы оказания государственных и муниципальных услуг в электронной форме.The paper contains an analysis of problems of state and municipal services. Transition towards e-government is recommended as a way to increase the quality of these services. A description of main problems of electronic state and municipal services is given.
