Abstract

Для достижения положительного эффекта от природоохранных мероприятий за счет строительства очистных сооружений в бассейне Балтийского моря необходимо одновременно планировать и реализовывать и иные не менее затратные в финансовом отношении меры, включая повышение качества других природных, бытовых и производственных факторов. С этой целью необходимо наращивать усилия по выявлению всех факторов риска, которые имеют негативное влияние на популяционное здоровье, как важнейшего компонента социально-экономического процесTo obtain a positive effect from the environmental protection measures through building water treatment facilities, it is necessary to simultaneously plan and realize other measures being equally financially costly, including quality improvement of other natural, household and industrial factors. To that end, one must build up efforts to detect all the exposure factors adversely affecting the population health as a crucial component of social and economic process
