Abstract

В настоящее время в России происходит активное развитие института местного самоуправления. В работе проводится анализ базовых социально экономических и правовых аспектов развития данного института, а также исследуются его основные тенденции совершенствования в современной Российской Федерации.Currently in Russia there is active development in the institute of local self government. This paper analyzes the basic socio economic and legal aspects of this institution, and examines its major trends in modern improvement of the Russian Federation.
