Abstract

Низкий уровень отдачи имеющихся ресурсов, а также вызовы современной конкурентной борьбы мировых рынков выдвинули на первый план вопросы активизации инновационных процессов в нашей стране. Авторы статьи дали критическое осмысление предложенных в проекте Стратегии инновационного развития России до 2020 года целевых показателей и способов их достижения в современных российских реалиях. При этом особое внимание уделено роли малых инновационных предприятий, созданных на базе высших учебных заведений.
