Abstract

В статье раскрывается проблема экономической устойчивости предприятия как основы экономической безопасности государства. Описаны факторы внешней и внутренней среды, влияющие на эффективность экономической деятельности. Управление устойчивым развитием производственного предприятия связано, в первую очередь, с обеспечением устойчивости всех его функциональных зон. На основе комплексного подхода выделены основные функциональные подсистемы предприятия и проанализирована возможность влияния каждой зоны на устойчивое экономическое развитие. Сформулированы принципы формирования и структура алгоритма управления устойчивым развитием предприятия.
