Abstract

Данная статья посвящена вопросам эффективной системы управления экономикой. В условиях усиления глобальной конкуренции конкурентоспособность любого государства, в первую очередь, определяется эффективностью государства. Мировая практика уже показала, что идеи прагматизма являются основополагающими и незаменимыми чертами рационального ведения хозяйственной деятельности. Экономический прагматизм предполагает объективный и всесторонний анализ эффективности государственной меры на каждом этапе принятия решения, его реализации и мониторинга, четкой координации заинтересованных государственных органов и учета мнения всех целевых групп воздействия. Одним из инструментов практической реализации принципа экономического прагматизма может стать качественная научная экономическая экспертиза, которая выступит в качестве «фильтра» для неэффективных решений.
