Abstract

В данной статье анализируется процесс становления и развития судебной системы в России в прошлом и настоящем. Рассмотрены основные аспекты формирования судебной сферы, начиная с советского периода и заканчивая современностью. Делаются выводы о развитии и изменениях, касающиеся судов, в будущем и уже проведенных в них реформациях.
