Специфика Земли Как Объекта Правого Регулирования Земельных Правоотношений

Abstract

В статье анализируется земля как объект правового регулирования земельных правоотношений. Подробно рассматривается сущность и специфика земли в рамках земельного и гражданского права. Выявляется ряд проблем, имеющихся на данный момент в правовом регулировании земли как объекта земельных правоотношений. Предлагается ряд изменений, а также делаются выводы о механизме регулирования и дальнейшей целесообразности совершенствования данных правоотношений.
