Влияние Социального Капитала На Протекание И Разрешение Аграрного Кризиса В России И Ссср

Abstract

В статье показано, что в условиях социально-экономических кризисов накопление социального капитала происходит на уровне отдельных субъектов, которые используют его не на благо всего общества (или в продукционных целях), а с целью эгональной оптимизации своей социально-экономической жизненности, в том числе и за счет насильственного свержения существующей политической системы, физического и экономического подавления социально-экономических субъектов. Это явление рассмотрено на примере аграрного кризиса в России в начале ХХ века и последовавших за этим социальных и социально-экономических революционных трансформаций. При этом автор предлагает свое видение роли социального капитала в преодолении общественных кризисов. Выясняется феномен становления советского класса государственных управленцев («партийно-государственной бюрократии»), легкости и быстроты, с которой он занял господству-ющее положение в обществе.
