Анализ Динамики Структуры Кадрового Состава Белорусских Банков

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ обеспеченности банков кадрами в разрезе численности, должност-ной, образовательной и половозрастной структуры в динамике 12 последних лет. Выявлены ос-новные тенденции, сделаны выводы о состоянии и структуре кадрового состава белорусских бан-ков. Так определена тенденция к постепенному омоложению банковских коллективов, особенно за счѐт притока молодѐжи до 24 лет, а также к повышению уровня образования работников в банках. Коллективы банков в подавляющей части состоят из сотрудников молодых и среднего возраста. Анализ структуры кадрового состава банковской системы показал, что их общая численность воз-растает, главным образом за счѐт роста числа сотрудников, занятых на должностях специалистов. Списочная численность банковских служащих представлена большей частью женщинами, что не мешает мужчинам активно занимать руководящие должности. Дальнейшее прогнозирование из-менений в кадровом составе банков требует комплексного анализа взаимодействий профильных учебных заведений с потенциальными работодателями своих выпускников – банками.
