Политико-Экономическое Исследование Сущности Социального Капитала

Abstract

На основе ознакомления с историей раскрытия понятия «социальный капитал» выработано представление о социальном капитале как сумме выгод, получаемых субъектами от взаимных определенных информационных действий (как совокупности межличностных отношений, снижающих трансакционные издержки) с целью взаимовыгодного сотрудничества, достигаемого путем информационного обмена, и позволяющих получить осязаемую социально-экономическую выгоду. Раскрывается институциональная основа социального капитала, анализируются факторы, обусловливающие его изменение. Доказывается, что специфическим свойством социального капитала является то, что его совокупное количество в обществе не является суммой «социальных капиталов» всех его социальных и социально-экономических субъектов.
