Abstract

В статті розглянуто підходи до розуміння комерціалізації наукових розробок, указано на проблемний характер розвитку вітчизняного ринку наукової продукції та комерціалізації результатів наукових досліджень в Україні, роглянуто принципи та особливості оцінки ефективності інноваційних проектів, заснованих на результатах НДДКР. Метод обчислення ефективності інновацій, заснований на зіставленні результатів їх освоєння з витратами, дозволяє приймати рішення про доцільність використання нових розробок.
