Особливості Удосконалення Корпоративної Інформаційної Системи На Залізничному Транспорті

Abstract

У статті доведено необхідність і важливість корпоративної інформаційної системи на підприємстві в умовах динамічної ринкової економіки. Визначено, що корпоративну інформаційну систему на залізничному транспорті слід розглядати як сукупність елементів інформаційної системи та способів її організаційної, інформаційної та правової підтримки, шляхом урахування особливостей організаційної структури та ступеня централізації управління її структурними одиницями. Врахувавши специфіку управління залізничним транспортом запропоновано на ПАТ «Українська залізниця» виділити 3 рівні формування корпоративної інформаційної системи: рівень вищого керівництва; рівень керівництва регіональних структурних підрозділів, промислових підприємств залізничного транспорту та інших підприємств та організацій; рівень відокремлених структурних підрозділів.
