Аналіз Внутрішнього Потенціалу Автосервісного Підприємства В Рамках Логістичної Концепції

Abstract

Робота присвячена аналізу внутрішнього потенціалу підприємства автосервісу в рамках «логістичного трикутника»: споживач автосервісне підприємство постачальники. Доведено, що основні нинішні проблеми у діяльності автосервісу привносять зовнішні фактори соціально-економічні та політичні. Насамперед вони негативно позначаються на зниженні попиту, а відтак, слідуючи «логістичним» ланцюгом, призводять до згортання частини автосервісних функцій, залишаючи найбільш прибуткову продаж запчастин. Подібна редукція може стати вагомою перешкодою для розвитку системи автосервісу вантажних автомобілів України.
