Abstract

У статті уточнено трактування терміну «управління інтелектуальним капіталом підприємства». Наведено принципи, визначено мету й завдання реалізації процесу управління інтелектуальним капіталом підприємства. Розглянуто основні функції та методи управління інтелектуальним капіталом підприємства. Запропоновано розглядати вирішення проблеми накопичення інтелектуального капіталу суб’єктами господарювання шляхом активізації використання людської, структурної та споживчої складових інтелектуального капіталу.
