Abstract

Розглядаються зміст і відмінність понять «ресурси», «витрати». Встановлено взаємозв''язок процесів використання ресурсів підприємства і управління витратами, визначено функціональні елементи управління витратами. Викладена концепція адаптивно-функціонального підходу, який застосовується для вдосконалення управління витратами з метою підвищення ефективності використання ресурсів підприємства.
