Abstract

Інноваційний шлях розвитку України передбачає створення національних інноваційних систем. В статті наведено сутність національної інноваційної системи, визначено її складові, окреслено низку причин, що перешкоджають розвиткові інноваційних процесів. Перелічено перспективні шляхи управління розвитком національної інноваційної системи. Визначено необхідність створення та реалізації стратегії комплексного інноваційного регіонального розвитку, основною метою якої є забезпечення сталого економічного становлення регіону, підвищення якості життя населення та довкілля певної території.
