Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности применения адаптивного подхода для повышения социально-экономической эффективности энергосберегающей инновационной техники для железных дорог. Разработаны экономико-математические зависимости для учета влияния изменяющихся соотношений «эффект/затраты» у производителей и потребителей инноваций. Определена необходимость применения макроэкономического воздействия, стимулирующего создание полифункциональных инноваций, обновление номенклатуры продукции и технологии производства для целевого управления этим соотношением, а также направленного подбора инноваций для обеспечения предельно высоких его значений.
