Методичні Підходи До Визначення Якості Транспортного Обслуговування Вантажовідправників

Abstract

Проведено дослідження підходів щодо визначення якості транспортного обслуговування вантажовідправників. Зроблено висновки про доцільності використання узагальнюючого показника якості, який враховував би сукупність складових простих показників якості (вчасність доставки, збереження вантажу, можливість перевезення «від дверей до дверей», задоволення попиту вантажовідправників на перевезення, вплив на оточуюче середовище). Наведено методичні підходи до визначення якості транспортного обслуговування вантажовласників.
