Развитие Системы Показателей Расходования Топливно-Энергетических Ресурсов На Тягу

Abstract

В статье раскрываются направления развития системы показателей расходования топливно-энергетических ресурсов (ТЭР) в транспортных компаниях. Целью статьи является обоснование направлений развития показателей расходования ТЭР, с тем, чтобы в результате этого процесса получить систему показателей, позволяющую дать всестороннюю оценку расходования ТЭР, включая и оценку эффективности их использования. Сделан вывод, что удельный расход ТЭР на тягу поездов может быть уменьшен, т.е. эффективность использования ТЭР может быть повышена в результате снижения нормы расхода ТЭР и снижения степени выполнения норм расхода. Относительная экономия (перерасход) издержек производства на тягу поездов за счет изменения удельного расхода ТЭР может быть определена как разница между числителем и знаменателем индекса удельного расхода.
