Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню реактивного та проактивного аспектів в управлінні підприємством, порівнянню особливостей реалізації даних методів, виділенню суттєвих переваг проактивного методу управління та несуттєвих недоліків у порівнянні з реактивним методом, аналізу існуючих підходів до визначення економічної безпеки, що характеризують певні аспекти захищеності підприємства, введенню та адаптації проактивного підходу при формуванні і забезпеченні економічної безпеки підприємства залізничного транспорту.
