Reflexive management of socio-psychological climate of collective based on value approach

Abstract

Socio-psychological climate is based on labor and emotional relationships in the group, individual and organizational values, defines system of attitudes of collective members to each other, to common business, to manager, and therefore has a significant impact on the effectiveness of the enterprise personnel. However, there still exists the need for further exploration of theoretical and methodological bases of management of socio-psychological climate. Needs of human resources management theory and practice for using modern effective approaches to management of socio-psychological climate, which allows to improve enterprise profitability, led to the relevance of the topic of this scientific article. In the article investigated importance of the values for forming organizational culture and socio-psychological climate as its reflection. The methodical approach to the reflexive management of socio-psychological climate is developed. Within this approach proposed to apply values management as an instrument of reflexive impact on the socio-psychological climate.
