Abstract

The article provides a theoretical rationale and methodological development of organizational and economic recommendations to improve the competitiveness of the industrial and transport sector of Ukraine through the establishment of interdisciplinary centers and industrial complexes in folk the economy of Ukraine in the context of cooperation and interaction of the processes of functioning of economic systems and their flexibility to global changes. Analyzed the main characteristics of industrial complexes, you can come to the following conclusions. All aspects of the national economy are closely interrelated. On the basic criteria that characterize the activity of enterprises of different complex, we can say that the activities and main results of the work have the same value for the society and none of the complex, as well as the company is unable to conduct its financial and economic activities without the direct or indirect influence of other systems (enterprises). Significant additional economic effect is achieved in the inter-industry complexes: industrial transport complexes, where the company consolidated its ties industrial, technological and transport of nature. Unlike standalone manufacturing and territorial associations deliver an economic benefit that exceeds the sum of the partial effects. Industrial transport complexes and other multi-sectoral complexes enable better and better organize the environment (complex processing of raw materials, reducing waste, General waste treatment facilities and the like). But it should be noted that the complex organization of production has negative traits: over-concentration in one place of enterprises increases the emissions of pollutants into the natural environment, hinders the supply of raw materials and export products due to congestion of transport, and creates social tensions of the population. Therefore, be very careful to determine the number of enterprises, production, and other characteristics of the possible accumulation of production.
