Improving the strategic management of a diversified enterprise

Abstract

This article gives a survey of existing theoretical foundations of strategic management. Outlined features of the functioning of diversified enterprises. The necessity of improving the strategic management of a diversified enterprise. The main task of an improved theory in addition to developing strategies for diversified enterprises should be the implementation of the strategic control over how successfully moving the company towards its goals, and determine whether it is to achieve them, and if not, what she needs to change her behavior.Video three levels, examining it we came to the conclusion that in a diversified enterprises should allocate three level decision making on strategy development and implementation strategic control, which will take into account the peculiarities of functioning of all strategic business units of a diversified enterprises and timely determination of the slightest deviation from the chosen strategy.
