Подходы К Управлению Инновационным Развитием Железнодорожного Транспорта Украины

Abstract

Исследованы существующие подходы инновационной деятельности железнодорожного транспорта Украины, и определены более действенные в современных условиях функционирования отрасли. Доказано, что, концессии на железнодорожном транспорте в условиях переходной экономики представляют собой один из способов преодоления противоречий между свободным рынком и прямым государственным управлением в отрасли. Это будет способствовать повышению эффективности инновационной деятельности на железнодорожном транспорте. Реализовано стратегии развития инновационного потенциала железнодорожного транспорта, представляющие собой совокупность принципов, функций, методов и инструментов управленческого воздействия на процесс развития инновационного потенциала, которые применяются государственными органами власти и руководством области для достижения стратегических целей и обеспечения приоритетов инновационного развития железнодорожного транспорта.
