Prospects of development of mortgage lending in Ukraine

Abstract

Prerequisites of further development of mortgage lending as forms of attraction of financial resources are that activization of process of mortgage lending it will allow to solve a number of social and economic problems of the country. First, it will provide development of long-term housing construction. Secondly, it will solve a problem of crediting of the enterprises of agro-industrial complex. Thirdly, it will render assistance to reforming of economy of the state in whole. The mortgage crediting can become one of the most important factors of improvement of population lives quality and it will allow to decide a number of socio-economic problems and it will be instrumental in the improvement of housings terms of population and decrease tension in society in a social sphere, and, on the whole, it will promote the investment attractiveness of Ukraine.
