Abstract
Modern economic conditions pose to businesses of all sectors of the national economy new requirements for the effective functioning of the domestic and world markets. The main objective of the company is to meet the needs of consumers necessary goods or services of high quality and in the shortest possible time. Therefore, for the effective functioning of the enterprise, need to be aimed at the organization of activities to reduce the level of production costs, retain existing customers and attract new ones. The occurrence of objective conditions for the emergence and implementation of logistic approaches in the organization of the production process result in the creation of preconditions for organizational and economic unity commodity and playing stream that leads to the development of organizational strategies for the management of the entire production cycle of barter and reproduction. Today, mass production is the most economically viable form of organization of the manufacturing process of products and their components. But the application of mass production and has a number of disadvantages, among which are: lack of motivation of employees to improve their work because of the inability to change or improve manufacturing operations, to make their work more creative; narrow specialization of production lines, the significant complexity of their changeover to production of other products, i.e. mass production more conservative than not threaded forms of organization of the production process. Using logistic approaches with flow elements for all types of industries at the present stage of development of enterprises should be based on improving the production process by increasing its flexibility and versatility, that will be displayed in the customer satisfaction by improving the quality of goods or services through the reduction of production cycle, improve production technology and so on, and through the reduction loop accelerates the turnover of working capital, which leads to a considerable reduction of production costs.
