Abstract

У статті досліджено систему основних бюджетних механізмів стимулювання розвитку портового комплексу України в сучасних умовах. Визначено умови функціонування портового комплексу України в умовах реформування. Виявленоено актуальні проблеми формування бюджетів макрота мікрорівнів в сфері функціонування українських підприємств портової діяльності. Розглянуто основні принципи організації бюджетного процесу підприємств портової діяльності.
