Abstract

Рассмотрен подход к развитию трудовой мотивации работников банка и определены основные факторы формирующие лояльность персонала и усиление побудительных мотивов к высокопродуктивной деятельности, более полное вовлечение работников в процесс повышения эффективности производства и наращивание конкурентных преимуществ кредитной организации. Обоснована целесообразность использования в системе управления персоналом банка различных типов трудовой мотивации работников банков с учетом конкретных ситуационных и личностных факторов.
