Abstract

Виконано дослідження процесу управління персоналом підприємства. Розглянуто сукупність напрямків удосконалення управління трудовими ресурсами підприємства. Проведено аналіз актуальних проблем ефективного використання трудових ресурсів на підприємстві, за рахунок впровадження нововведень у методи планування, організації, мотивації й координації трудової діяльності працівників на підприємствах. Визначено, що ключовими функціями управління на підприємстві є створення, розповсюдження та ефективне застосування нововведень в управлінні трудовими ресурсами.
