Основні Моделі Реформування Залізничного Транспорту В Європі

Abstract

В роботі досліджені різні моделі реформування залізничного транспорту в умовах сучасного ринку. Розглянуто можливість збереження природної монополії на залізничному транспорті та фактори, що перешкоджають її збереженню. Проаналізовані три основні європейські моделі реформування залізничного транспорту, визначені їх основні переваги та недоліки при реалізації їх в Україні. Розглянуто можливість впровадження двох перехідних моделей реформування: акціонування та французької. Зроблено висновок, що в даний час в Україні доцільно впровадити інтеграційну модель реформування залізничного транспорту
