Abstract

Для обеспечения высокой эффективности применения технических средств транспорта по назначению предлагается их разработку, производство и приобретение производить по критерию минимизации затрат за весь их жизненный цикл. Рассмотрены варианты возможных моделей стоимости жизненного цикла и опыт стран Западной Европы в этом направлении.
