The management systems of unproductive expenditure in emergency situations at the enterprise

Abstract

Company may increase efficiency by automating the intellectual activity of experts based on formal knowledge and management experience, business model management and application of mathematical techniques that reflect the stochastic nature of the process. An important component in automating the enterprise management is to build decisionmaking in emergency situations to ensure reduction of overhead expense. This article provides results solve specific scientific problems of economic importance for the management of unproductive expenditure in emergency situations at the enterprise. The model of management, which includes allocation of responsibility centers based on the combination of organizational structure and management of the system model, formal description of the mechanisms of cost centers based communication system model of economic activities by level of work performed, the formalization of the relationship of productive and unproductive spending.
