Economic-organisational mechanism of investing business planning of motor transport enterprise

Abstract

In this article organisational base of business-planning is determined as a sum solving the problem of choosing and grounding targets, criterions, stimulus, coordinating between levels, functions and tasks. The ability of analysis of informational relations in the process of business-planning to form a model of mechanism, to transform it into model of coordinated diversity of interests, and then into integrated cycling procedure of business-planning is regarded. Economic-organisational mechanism of investing business-planning is defined as a method of achieving of desirable targets, parameters of efficiency, solving problem of goal defenition, allocating of financial resources, estimation of risks, choosing the parameters of transperent development process of investing planning.
