Abstract

У даній статті, за допомогою визначення мети, сутності, основних завдань та функцій контролінгу, було обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження фінансового контролінгу в систему управління підприємством залізничного транспорту.In this article, by determination of purpose, essence, basic tasks and functions of kontrolingu, expedience of introduction of financial kontrolinga was grounded in control system by a railway enterprise.
