Abstract

У статті проаналізовані особливості праці на торгових підприємствах, обов’язки, до яких зводиться діяльність основних категорій торговельних працівників. Представлено узагальнену схему системи управління торговельним персоналом на підприємствах. Визначені необхідні напрями вдосконалення системи управління персоналом торговельного підприємства.In the article the analysed features of labour are on trade enterprises, duties to that activity of basic categories of trade workers are taken. The generalized chart of control system by a sales personnel is presented on enterprises. The certain are needed directions of perfection of control system by the personnel of trade enterprise.
