Aspects of management decisions in mixed business

Abstract

The contents of the article are denoted to develop recommendations in organization of jointed business using all motives and interests of all participants in conditions of the domestic economy. The directions, of increasing the jointed enterprise’s efficiency based on the account in business plans of the selected models in management and sharing the management relations, are designed. Problems, like risk reduction in jointed enterprises’ work and ways to overcome them, are marked out. The results can be used in further scientific studies, like forming the complex approach to creating a jointed enterprise.
