Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу проблем низької оплати праці працівникам залізничного транспорту та можливих перспектив її підвищення з урахуванням змін макроекономічних чинників. Проведено кореляційно-регресійний аналіз впливу зовнішніх факторів та побудовано регресійні рівняння, які доводять присутність стохастичного зв’язку між досліджуваними факторами.This article analyzes the problems of low pay railway’s workers and future prospects of its increase with the changes of macroeconomic factors. Correlation and regression analysis of the influence of external factors was conducted, and regression equations that prove the presence of a stochastic relation between the studied factors were constructed.
