Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос выбора структурной конфигурации организации с учетом соответствия основным характеристикам внешней среды. Также в данной статье рассмотрена способность дивизиональной структуры к образованию гибридных форм практически со всеми известными конфигурациями.
