Abstract

Обґрунтовано послідовність управління розробкою стратегії інноваційної діяльності підприємства з використанням показників оперативної діяльності виробництва на основі врахування споживчої цінності. Визначено напрями збереження і використання ресурсів виробництва у процесі творчого пошуку конкурентних переваг.The sequence of management of development of enterprise innovation activity strategy with the use of operative performance of production on the basis of account of consumer value indicators is grounded. Directions of maintenance and usage of production resources in the process of creative search of competitive advantages are defined.
