Abstract

Стаття містить обґрунтування економічної доцільності управління системою показників якості транспортного обслуговування в умовах жорсткої конкурентної боротьби на транспортному ринку з урахуванням клієнтоорієнтованого підходу з сегментацією за вимогами до умов перевезення.The article contains the ground of financial viability of management the system of indexes of quality of a transport service in the conditions of hard competitive activity at the transport market taking into account approach oriented to the client with segmentation on requirements to the terms of transportation.
