Abstract

It has been collected and summarized results of socio-economic development of towns and cities of regional and state value, which have formed the basis of investigation. The canonical correlation instruments have been used as the main tool of investigation of general features of the urban development. Mathematical basis of the canonical correlation method made it possible to determine main components of influence of socio-economic indicators of urban development within the regional management system.
